Go Green this Christmas!

This Christmas, we’re asking schools to Go Green and help families in rural Africa plant life-changing trees.

Planting trees in rural Africa helps to provide food for all the family, gives shade for crops and contributes to the vital regeneration of tired soils. Trees are an essential part of the solution to poverty and climate change!

How your school or class can help.

Every £21 raised by your class could provide one family with a life-changing tree and training, to help grow a future free from poverty.

You could Go Green and have a non-uniform day where everyone wears a little (or a lot!) of green.

Whatever you raise, big or small, you’ll be helping families in rural Africa to grow life-changing trees.

“Currently, I have a tree nursery and sell seedlings in my local community. I plant trees to improve my environment, to grow fruit and also to feed my animals. I will tell everyone to plant plenty of trees as they are so important to humans, for our land, our animals and for income.”
