Send a Cow is a growing and dynamic international development charity providing training, and ongoing support to smallholder farmers in Africa. We give poor families and communities the hope and the means to secure their own futures from the land, in line with our vision of a confident and thriving rural Africa.
This is an exciting and challenging time to join our HR team. As HR Manager, you will work within the wider Finance and Resources department to deliver an efficient HR service to our UK and African offices. You will lead the HR function, managing one HR Executive and advising the organisation on all aspects of HR.
